How long does shipping take?

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?

Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will NOT except returns regardless of condition or product. instead, we will ask for you to send us a detailed message of the issue with an image of the product and damage or defect, or proof of shipping mix up. after investigation, if determined that the mishap is of no fault of your own we will work to ensure that the issue is resolved and our customer is happy.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@essenceandexpressions4u.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review it and work to make it right. However, due to the intimate nature of our products, we have a strict no returns, refunds, or exchange policy. that being said, if we deem the defect or product switch to be of no fault of yours, we will ensure that you either receive a similar product of equal value OR allot you store credit. 

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only issued when approved for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Refunds are not available for buyer’s remorse, preference changes, or items that have already been used.
