Refund policy
At Essence and Expressions, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest standards of hygiene and safety. Due to the intimate and personal nature of our products, we maintain a strict No Returns and No Exchanges policy.
1. All Sales Are Final
Once an order has been processed and shipped, it is considered a final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:
• Change of mind or personal preference.
• Accidental purchases or incorrect size selection.
• Dislike of a scent, texture, or aesthetic.
• Any products period. This is due to the intimate nature of our products.
2. Hygiene & Product Integrity
This policy ensures that every item you purchase from us is 100% factory-sealed and has never been handled by another consumer. By maintaining this standard, we guarantee the safety and quality of our entire collection for every customer.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in inspecting and packaging our items, but we understand that mishaps can happen during transit. That being said we have a no returns or exchanges policy. The toy companies sometimes have warranties for their products. That would be our best advise. Get ahold of the company directly.
4. Order Cancellations
Because we aim to ship orders as quickly and discreetly as possible, cancellations are only accepted within 60 minutes of the order being placed. Once an order has entered the fulfillment stage, it cannot be canceled or modified.
