We currently ship made available at checkout. Until further notice we will only be catering to the United States.

Shipping Time

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once your order has been processed and transferred to the carrier, shipping delays may occur due to:

carrier issues,
weather,
customs,
supply chain disruptions,
holidays,
incorrect customer information,
events outside our control.

Incorrect Addresses

You are responsible for ensuring your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

If an order is delayed, returned, misrouted, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer, Essence & Expressions is not responsible for replacement or refund unless otherwise required by law. Please always double check your address for errors.

Marked Delivered / Lost Packages

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, you agree to:

check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier,
allow reasonable time for delayed delivery scans,
file any necessary carrier claims if applicable.

We are not liable for packages lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered after they are marked as accepted by the shipping carrier, though we may choose to assist at our discretion.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise posted on the product or at checkout. Shipping costs are out of the control of Essence & Expressions. The costs of shipping are determined by location, weight, and size of package.
